Mini X Extrusion Welder

Get all the power of real extrusion welding in a tiny package. The Mini-X is the smallest extrusion welder on the market. Totally self contained, it has an integrated on board preheat air source, and it’s small enough and light enough to be used with one hand. Getting to those hard to reach places is no longer a problem.

Digital speed, material and temperature settings are displayed on the top of the motor housing. The teflon shoe on the Mini-X is replaceable just like shoes on larger extruders. Its preheat tube can be repositioned for bottom or side mount use. The Mini-X uses a real auger screw for thorough material mixing and consistent heat transfer. No air pistons here.
