The Wedge-It now features an "easy-out-wedge" that makes changing cartridge heaters a breeze. The Wedge-It sits on a solid one piece frame. There is no hinging and minimal frame flex. Drop out bottom contour rollers make for easy cleaning and access. Pick one up and you’ll see why it is the most widely used wedge welder in the world.

Welds 20 to 120 ml materials. Temperatures up to 850 ºF, 110 or 240 volts, switchable. Easy out cartridge heaters. In the field experience since 1987.
